The premier gardening information source
The cafe is modern, light and airy, it's also very big. There are seating areas indoors and outdoors
plus a coffee and tea lounge. It lacks any atmosphere, the plastic table and chairs and lack of
distinctive style make it look like a modern airport cafe.
The food is uninspiring. There are specials at 6.95 and salads at the same
price. There is a range of snack meals including baguettes and paninis.
The coffee is unremarkable and the tea OK. The cakes look good as do the
pancakes. Our cheese and onion panini tasted plastic, no hint of the hoped for
cheese and onion taste. The bread was also on the soggy side. HOUSE PLANTS
The range of house plants on sale was particularly impressive. Not particularly
well displayed but they were in good condition and averagely priced. INDOOR SALES AREA
The indoor sales area is larger than most garden centres and stocks
everything from garden accessories, furniture, barbecues, a clothing shop, cards,
gifts and lots more.
Inside there is an excellent food shop with a butchers and cheese
counter serving excellent, if slightly pricey, produce. DISABLED FACILITIES TOILETS CAR PARKING The address is: Our sat nav delivered us to the front door based on post code. A map can be found HERE The cafe also lacks character and serves mainly below average food. COMMENTS

SUMMARY
A modern and large garden centre which is uninspiring and characterless. The range of
plants is good and they have a five year guarantee.
