Message: Dear Sir/Madam
I am a 17year old design student at Harlington Sixth Form in Bedfordshire, I am currently studying for my A-levels, and I am planning to create an herb box to encourage people, especially families and children to grow herbs in urban environments, or environments with limited space. I would really appreciate if you could take the time to answer some of my questions, so I can make sure the product I make is as functional as possible.
1. What herbs to you sell most of, on average?
2. Do you ever get any complaints or suggestions on how to improve your planting products (specifically herb related)?
3. The herb boxes that are sold the most are normally made out of what material?
4. Roughly how many herb boxes would you sell a year?
5. What are the typical prices for these herb boxes?
6. How long would you suggest as the average life span of these herb boxes?

Thank you for your time and effort; it really helps me in producing a viable product.

Message: Hi, I sometimes have a white furry lining in my garden pea pods. Do you know what it is, what causes it and can I prevent it? The peas seem to be ok. Do you know if they're safe to eat?

Message: Hi Guys, I am researching garden centres and their products for a statistical report and wondered if you could steer me in the right direction for some facts. I need to know thing like total numbers of garden centres in the UK as well as focus on tomato grow bags - how many sold, when invented, that kind of thing. Can you help?
Cheers, I appreciate it.
Regards
Andrew

Message: I planted a lilac tree seedling of about 6" tall. It has grown to about 15" or so and spreading. I would appreciate some guidance as where to go next, as far as staking it or let it grow free. Some of my first attempts at gardening.
