Melbicks Garden Centre in Birmingham
Melbicks was opened in 2002 and it is definitely
has a very modern looking exterior. This is a totally independent GardenAction opinion of
Melbicks Garden Centre in the Birmingham area. Melbicks garden centre is extremely large but finding
your way round was no problem. Large overhead signs lead you clearly to
all their departments. PLANTS
The outdoor plant area was attractively designed and
well kept with no plant debris lying around. The plants looked
healthy, well watered and in correct pot sizes.
All the
normal plants were there and well signed. The range of fruit trees
was good as the picture on the left illustrates.
All hardy plants came with a five year guarantee. There was no
outdoor help centre but there was a help desk at the entrance to
garden centre.
The website has an online shop but this does include any plants. The range of pots for sale was massive and there was an excellent
of greenhouses, conservatories and sheds on display PRICES

It is a large garden centre and has a full range of plants, garden
accessories and other goods for sale.
The range of plants was good although not as large
as we would expect from a garden centre of this size.
We forgot to note the prices of the accessories (apologies) but the
prices of the plants was average.

I am interested in working in Melbicks Garden centre. I was working at Melbicks in 2003, Warehouse pricing and unpacking of goods I was wondering if there is a position available.
