            Courgettes and zucchini are normally healthy plants 
            if the advice on watering described previously is followed.
             However they do occasionally suffer from pests and diseases. 
            Especially troublesome are slugs because they love young courgette 
            and zucchini plants.  Keep an eye out for them and act as soon

        These can destroy seedlings by eating them away above and below ground.

        The leaves will be covered with a powdery greyish coating. The prime 
        cause is lack of water for the roots.

        The leaves and growing shoots will be distorted and there may be sticky 
        goo around badly infested surfaces.

        The leaves will have little greying spots on them and in bad cases they

Message:  Some of my Courgettes start to rot and go a powdery brown in colour.
This happens when they are quite young.
What is the problem please?
